Advanced Communication Skills for Communities
This is a 4 day course, similar but not identical, to the INLPTA Certified Diploma in NLP.
It covers all the material on the Dipolma plus further communication skills.
It has been specifically designed for individuals and gropus who work closely with their local communities.
With input from Northampton and Staffordshire Police Forces it is also designed as a communication skills course for Police Community Service Officers.
Once a community group decides it wants to book a course for its employees/colleagues a meeting is held in advance to find out what the specific requirements are so the course is tailor-made for a particular group.
The format is flexible:
1 x 4 days
2 x 2 days
4 x 1 day
8 Mornings or Afternoons (this was the option taken by Cheltenham Community Projects and also Hereford Housing Project with Hereford Drug Project).
This course can aslo be seen as a valuable addition for Continuous Professional Development

MULTIPLE PERSPECTIVES ~ Any situation is open to at least 3 perspectives ~ Mine, Yours, Objective
ANCHORING PERSONAL RESOURCES ~ Anchor feelings/states like confidence, self-esteem, command
EYE PATTERNS ~ Eye movements are not random. Read what another is thinking
PROGRAMMES THAT RUN PROGRAMMES ~ Are you motivated ‘towards’ or ‘away from’? Do you see the details or the big picture? Learn what makes you, and others, tick
FEEDBACK ~ Learn how to give and receive effective feedback
OUTCOMES OVER GOALS ~ Become outcome-oriented for personal and professional effectiveness
MANIPULATE TIME ~ Learn how to expand and shrink time
The qualification gained, an INLPTA Certified Diploma in NLP, is recognised worldwide and also forms the first 4 days of an NLP Practitioner Course which you can take up at a later date, should you so wish.
The cost for an organisation is £3,000. With 18 people (maximum) this works out at £166 per person.
