Training Changes started out as Ross Associates: NLP in 1993 and in 1995 became Training Changes (TC). The training director is Graham Morris (INLPTA Certified NLP Master Trainer). Graham’s background is mainly in Further Education, Mental Health and Social Services. He completed a Rogerian based Counselling course in 1989 and immediately afterwards came across NLP – and has never been the same since!

He completed Practitioner training with PPD (London) and in 1993, Master Practitioner training, again with PPD and then  Trainer Training in 1998 with INLPTA. It was during this time, when he was assisting on many courses and with what seemed like endless trips through the Cotswolds to London, that he first wondered whether it would be possible to provide more local and affordable training, i.e. in Ross-on-Wye.

The first training started in 1993 and, with invaluable support from Penny Tompkins and James Lawley, the first locally based Certified Practitioner training began. When Graham moved from Ross to Cheltenham, TRAINING CHANGES was formed.

Graham Morris also has a private therapy practice, working with a very wide range of conditions. He has been applying NLP in this practice for more than 15 years.
He is the most experienced practitioner of TPM (Thought Pattern Management) in the UK, having worked with TPM processes for more than 6 years after training in Utah and Southern California.

No other TPM Practitioner in the UK comes close to this.
He also works extensively with children with the youngest being 4 years old. He uses NLP, Hypnosis and TPM to great effect with young people facing examinations and difficulties at school.
A session usually lasts about an hour and is £45 for the first hour and then pro rata.

Graham Morris is also a Licensed Practitioner of Neuro-Hypnotic Repatterning, certified and trained as such by Dr Richard Bandler.
